it's ironic because zwift calls them "flexible training plans" and the old plans didn't have the restrictions and it was up to you when you wanted to do the workout. FWIW the flexible "FTP Builder" training plan is the exact same as the "6 week beginner FTP builder" workout plan so all of those workouts can be done at any time
