In my phone my wifi has an average speed of 10mbps. But when it comes to my PC it is limited to around 2 or 3 mbps. I have tried everything I possibly could do. I tried changing my wifi adapter. I tried resetting my network settings. I tried putting my wifi in to a metered connection. None of them worked.
