Sep 1, 2021 · The Tonga Room is iconic, and as one of our first dinner dates, decades ago, was at a lovely “tiki restaurant” at Pontchartrain Beach, in New Orleans, visiting the Tonga Room was high on our list. We were not dining there, but off-property, but wanted to see, and experience the Tonga Room for wine, before departing for dinner.
