I’m sorry to hear you’re going through the same thing. It’s sad to see Mercari puts scammers before actual customers. I’ve pretty much taken screenshots of EVERYTHING since day 1. I have not heard back from Mercari after mentioning my bank as a last resort. With the support I am seeing, I doubt I’ll hear back from them.
