Don't know if this is helpful for anyone but I'm using Generating Band/ Tightly Wound Coil on one of my runs for constant shield and health regen. And I noticed that if I fully discharged my rifle, reloaded 2 bullets and then fired one the Tightly Wound Coil triggers again, provided the initial shield has worn off. It's been helpful.

I'm having similar issues with the ring but using it with rerouting cable. If I proc tightly wound coil first then rerouting cable, rerouting cable doesn't work.
