Im curious if anyone has had trouble with the payment arrangement system? Monday I went to sent a arrangement for next week and everything was correct on the screen and when I went to process it, it took the whole payment that day. I contacted Comcast about a refund but was told a ticket needed to be submitted, which has been done.

I set up arrangement on 2nd for 18th. This is the payment date and amount the system told me to do. Said this payment qualifies you for a payment arrangement. Awesome!
