Oakland artcc
PURPOSE This agreement establishes coordination procedures and defines delegation of airspace between Anchorage ARTCC (PAZA) and Oakland ARTCC (KZOA), primarily the Oakland Oceanic FIR (KZAK/ZAK). This agreement is supplemental to the FAA JO 7110.65 and other network policies. Where conflicts exist, those documents shall supersede this agreement.
VATUSA is a division of the VATSIM Americas region comprising of almost all airspace operated by the real world Federal Aviation Administration. The airspace comprises of 20 Air Route Traffic Control Centers (contiguous US and Anchorage), 1 Control Facility (Honolulu Control Facility) and 1 CERAP (Guam CERAP, under management of HCF).
