I've had mine for 2 months now and I seriously have no complaints. Out of the 60 days I've had it, I've had maybe 10-12 days of light bleeding/spotting and the occasional cramp. Otherwise I'd have no clue it's even in there. No side effects, no acne, no mood swings, no weight gain, no sex problems. Everything is A-OK.
