Jeep wrangler overheating while driving

Overheating 4.0 Cherokee at highway speeds. I have a 1993 Cherokee 4.0 Sport with auto box, basically unmodified. It has done 100,000 almost troublefree miles across Europe and around the Middle East, the Gulf and North Africa. Most driving has been on highways and desert roads (not much mud).

It is very random and I cant pinpoint anything that goes along with it except for the speed is usually in that range. Ive been having the same issue for a while. Replaced hoses, radiator, waterpump with a flowkooler, thermostat for a high flow 180° one, and the car works great if the ac is off. It can take a while for it to heat up, but after driving it enough if the ac is on then it will go up to 106°C.
