You can’t just hit 70% AR on a random day or two and immediately be granted Top Dasher status. No. Top Dasher status remains for the entire month after you've met requirements. The status does expire at the end of each month. If you fall below any of the requirements during the month, you still have until the end of the month to meet the requirements in the next month.
