D LIGHT BLINKING - ENGINE LIGHT ON - Aamco told me I needed new transmission at $2,500. I wanted another opinion so I took my 2002 Honda Odyssey to an honest mechanic who fixes my cars regularly. He said it was probably the POWER STEERING SWITCH that makes the D light blink and shorts out the engine light so it stays on.
