Espn plus user not authenticated

Hi all, I've created a new active directory connector, but when I try to connect with one of the new users I get the following error: "the following user is not authenticated". This active directory is from other domain different to the server where Qlik Sense is installed. So first question is: Can I use an active directory from other domain?
