Actiontiles weather not working

Experiencing the same symptoms on my IOS iPhone Safari browser using the Actiontiles page. MJPEG streams from 1) a direct connection to a local Foscam Ih the P camera and 2) to the same camera via a Blueiris gateway. Clearing the cache through the settings panel restores the image. Refreshing does not.

Each camera, at default settings, uploads approximately 120 GB monthly and it appears that the public viewing utilizes about twice this volume of download bandwidth. I have been able to display and update the current sky view from my Bloomsky Weather station / Camera for quite some time within a Media Dashboard tile. I used the custom php script and it is located on a free hosting webserver. I set the update interval to 900 seconds as I think the Bloomsky image updates every 5 minutes or so.
